Roadside Pedestrian Safety Guard Rails with Staggered Bars

Guardrails for pathways near roads

An effective barrier between pathways and highways due to its visibility options. The standard panel will have full height vertical infills; this is best utilised in straight lines. Where the path/road bends, the staggered infill and visibility gap is the most effective design. It allows the highway traffic higher levels of vision where a standard panel would actually impede vision.

Construction:

• 1m high x 2m long
• 50m x 30mm hollow section frame
• 12mm or 16mm infill bars at approximately 100mm centres

Finish:

• Galvanised
• Galvanised and powder coated

Fixing:
The panels are concreted in and bolted together using predrilled holes and zinc plated bolts, or base plates can be fitted to the posts for bolting to concrete.

Options:
The panels can be manufactured to account for sloping ground and any radius in the fence line.
