358 anti climbing fence with spike made from a type of strong welded mesh panel with small mesh opening. It is extremely difficult to penetrate and difficult to attack using conventional hand tools. Has the features of anti-climbing and anti-cutting. The fence name 358 comes from its panel mesh opening 3" × 0.5" × 8 gauge - approximate to 76.2 mm × 12.7 mm × 4 mm mesh opening.

PROVEN TECHNOLOGY PROCESS

1. Pulled raw/steel wire, welded Double wire fence panel:

   • Chemical pre treatment

   • Chrome free passivation

   • Hot-dip galvanised zinc layer 55 μm according EN ISO 1461

   • Chrome free passivation

   • Powder coated with average thickness of 100 µm

2. Pre-galvanised wire according EN 10244, welded Double wire panel:

   • Chemical pre treatment

   • Powder coated with average thickness of 100 µm

CORROSION RESISTANT
Special features of our partners are the reliable technology for welding and the elimination of possible corrosion spots.
Their produced fence panel is a subject to strict testing in our in-house laboratory, which checks the welding strength and product's corrosion-resistance.
This allows us to offer a product with excellent quality features.

358 mesh Panels

• Mesh pattern: 76.2 mm (3") × 12.7 mm (0.5") resistance welded well at each intersection.
• Wire diameter: 4 mm horizontal wire and vertical Wire.
• Weld strength: range 540-690 N/m².
• Surface treatment: 358 mesh fence panels made from galfan wire, then PVC powder coating (Min. 100 micron), or PVC powder painting. It provides additional protection and increases the potential life span.
• Colors: Green RAL 6005, or Black RAL 9005.

SECURITY FENCE POSTS WITH CAP
Fence posts

• Material: high grade steel for maximum strength and rigidity.
• Post section: 60 × 60 mm, 80 × 80 mm, 100 × 100 mm or 120 × 120 mm.
• Post Plate thickness: 2.5/3.0/4.0/5.0 mm.
• Finish: inside and outside galvanized (Min. 275 g/m²), subsequently covered with a polymer powder (Min. 60 micron ).
• Colors: Green RAL 6005, or Black RAL 9005.
• Post cap: metal caps or plastic cap.
• Metal clips and clamps are hot dip galvanised then powder coating in green or black color.
